We want dykbro.com to be a fun, welcoming space for every creator. We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

2. Implemented Accessibility Features

To achieve this, we have designed the website with:

• Keyboard Navigation: All navigation menus, search boxes, filters, copy-prompt buttons, and tabs are fully keyboard accessible, using clear focus indicators.
• Alt Text & Image Descriptions: All uploaded cartoon images and video thumbnails include detailed alt text descriptions for screen reader users.
• Contrast Standards: We maintain a highly readable navy-on-cream text design system (exceeding a 4.5:1 contrast ratio) so that readability remains strong, even with our playful color scheme.
• Semantic HTML Structure: The website utilizes clean HTML5 elements (header, nav, main, section, footer) with correct heading structures (single H1 per page, sequential H2/H3 layouts).
